Picked out my geanite countertops and set up a date for the measurements to be done. Very helpful up to this point. After 2 weeks and no communication from Capital granite. Phone calls, texts and emails from me not answered. I went back in to see what the holdup was only to find out the salesman had not turned over the measurements for estimate and layout. I should have stopped working with them at this point but gave them a chance. After getting the layout I gave them my down payment and again silence from C&G until I went in again and asked for my money to be refunded as I no longer wanted to work with them. At this point the owner became involved and promised the job would be completed promptly. The installation went well, no problem with the guys doing the measurements or install but

My family and I recently had the pleasure of working with Capital Granite, and to say they did not blow my expectations out of the water would be a lie. From our first visit with Cora to view the extensive selection of slabs and getting all of our questions answered so there was no uncertainties, to getting through all the nitty gritty details with open lines of communication with Heidi to finalizing payment with Alan and everyone else inbetween, we were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I purchased 3 sister slabs of VERY special granite here 14 years ago for a kitchen reno. The service I received was above and beyond excellent. And the granite is just as spectacular today as it was the day I found it. People cannot get over it's unique beauty. We're adding a MIL suite on our home and I can't wait to make the drive to Capital for a repeat performance.

I have used Capital Granite on multiple projects in the past and have been very happy with the results and customer service. Great selection, love their showroom, and very competitively priced with other companies in the area.
