I've used this company twice now and was very pleased both times. Several months ago, the owner, Dan, fixed a tripping problem occurring between a light fixture and an outlet in one room, plus installed another light fixture. Yesterday, Steven disconnected & reconnected basement lighting so I could put ceiling tiles up, reconnected another dangling light, explained some code issues, removed some old wiring, pointed out other old wiring that was burning one fixture that needed replacing, and took down a blower fan that I thought had an electrical connection but was just bolted to the ceiling. He was nice enough to do that without saying it wasn't really an electrical issue, or make me feel bad, plus took the piece away. Both men had really helpful manners, were quick, knowledgeable & p
I had an outlet fire. Very scary. Fire department said call an electrician before you turn power on again. Called Klein because they’re local to the Rockville/Cold Spring area, they fixed it the same day! I called just before 2pm. They said they’d fit me in so I could restore my power. Their business hours say they close at 4pm but they came right at 4 & got it done for me so I could have power back in my home. Thank you Klein electric! Very professional, efficient & affordable. Definitely recommend them.
I had an electrical issue in my home. I called Klein and they said they would try to squeeze me in the day of. I ended up calling other places and another company got to me day of first. Moments later, however, Klein got back to me and said they could fit me in. Unfortunately I had to turn them down since I got it taken care of. I talked to Dennis on the phone and he was very gracious and kind about it and did not charge me for backing out. I'm writing this review because I received great and friendly customer service even though I didn't need them to fix anything anymore! I recommend Klein Electric!
