Ernie was very friendly and kind, yet 100% professional and trustworthy! Ernie was also very careful and honest about keeping me within my budget. He communicated constantly with updates about everything from my special order carpet showing up early, to sometimes hourly job updates! The work Ernie did was second to NONE!! He very much cares about the high quality work he does!! I would definitely use him and his team again for my flooring needs, without question!!!

If I could give Ernie's Flooring more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! We had a sump pump backup and needed our basement carpet removed ASAP. I reached out to Ernie that afternoon, and even after a long day of work, he came to our home that evening to give us a quote. We decided to replace the basement with luxury vinyl plank in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Since we were already tackling one project, we also decided to have him do our entryway, stairs, and upper level. The next morning—less than 12 hours later—Ernie rearranged his schedule and squeezed us in to remove the wet carpet so our basement could begin drying immediately. Ernie and his son Ernesto at Ernie’s Carpet and Vinyl did another outstanding job—this time on the floors in my new house. As always, Ernie was on time, completed the work exactly as promised, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t say enough good things about the work Ernie and his son did in my home. They replaced the flooring on my lower level, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
