I had my garage door replaced by Superior Garage Door, and while the job was completed in the end, the experience was a bit rocky. I was told the install would happen within 3–7 days, but due to issues with their supplier, it ended up taking 2.5 weeks. I was fortunate to get mine sooner than others because of a string of cancellations, but the delay was still frustrating. Especially since the communication from the company was inconsistent. Their customer support wasn’t much help, and when I considered canceling, they mentioned a cancellation fee, even though the delay wasn’t my fault. The installer, however, was the saving grace in all of this. He gave me his personal number, kept me informed throughout the process, and truly went above and beyond. He even installed the garage door opene

This is a review from work scheduled and performed on Dec 22, 2025 by Nicki (scheduler) and technician Kaylen. Superior Garage Door was my second call. First call in the morning was to a company that said a technician would not be available for three days. I explained the problem with the garage door to Nicki (broken drive chain) who said she could have a technician out the same day between 11am to 1pm. !2:15pm received text from Kaylen that he was en route. ETA12:35pm. Kaylen arrived exactly 12:35pm. Kaylen immediately performed an inspection and quoted a price. I accepted the quote and agreed that the entire rail and chain system had to replaced. New chain and rail system a major upgrade to all chain drive with old system chain and cable. Kaylen said the job would take 1/2 hour.

It was 8pm Friday night. The technician replaced two springs in under half an hour while we were gone. Super quick, professional, respectful, and courteous. Top of the line business.

Garage door struts were bent from hitting a chair that was left under garage door by accident. I had a couple other garage door installers tell me that 2 sections needed to be replaced or I could replace entire door. Laken arrived at our home, (exactly on time) examined the door struts and informed me he could simply replace the 2 door struts in a short period of time. I was concerned about potential damage to garage door opener. After inspection, Laken determined it was still it good working condition and didn't need to be repaired or replaced.

I hate to give a 2 star. Because the service was actually good. The new receptionist is terrible. You can hardly understand her. She won't let you speak to who you need to speak to. Victoria was great but very hard to get to. Very rude receptionist annoying.
