Allen and Linda Werke Pine Point Construction/Jake Byram just wrapped up a rework project (flooring, stairs, rails) on our 25+ year-old deck. Although the deck is a smaller size (10ftX14ft) the workmanship of the finished deck shows that, regardless of type of project, Jake has high standards of skill and talent in the building/construction occupation. Even before submitting a bid Jake did a through look at the old deck and gave us instant feedback as to how current building codes would affect the rework package. His bid submission included the entire scope of work we envisioned; it was competitive and we accepted. We couldn’t be happier with our new deck from Pine Point Construction. Jake really listened to our needs and offered thoughtful suggestions for the layout and materials. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and they showed great care throughout the project, even putting up temporary fencing to protect our pets. Everything was handled professionally, the site was always clean, and the end result looks fantastic.

I decided to use Pine Point Construction based on a referral for a deck improvement project we had wanted to do. Even from the initial visit and consultation, I was impressed with Jake. He showed up exactly when he said he would, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly explained everything as he reviewed the different options available for the deck improvements we wanted to do. After receiving a formal estimate, we decided to move forward and Jake made the scheduling process easy and effortless. We were able to get our deck upgrade completed quickly and were very happy with the end result. Would absolutely recommend Pine Point Construction and will definitely be using them again in the future!

We've hired Pine Point Construction twice, first for a shower remodel and then for a water softener replacement, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Jake took the time to provide us with options tailored to our home and family size. He completed the work efficiently and professionally, and went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning up the old system, leaving the area even cleaner than when he started. 5 Stars - Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish! We recently had a bonus room added to our home, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire process. From the very beginning, the communication was top-notch. The team kept us updated at every stage, clearly explaining the timeline and what to expect. It really put us at ease knowing there would be no surprises. The craftsmanship was outstanding. The attention to detail and quality of work exceeded our expectations. The room blends seamlessly with the rest of our home, and you can tell that a lot of care went into every corner and finish. Throughout our entire experience it was evident that the owner, Jake, puts a high value on customer experience! One of the most impressive aspects was that the project was completed on budget.
