We worked exclusively with Schoenberg Construction throughout 2016 on our extensive home remodel. Craig and his team delivered fantastic results and were a pleasure to work with. The most impressive aspect of Schoenberg Construction is how comfortable Craig and Marty are to work with and also their attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. We would definitely recommend Craig Schoenberg and his team of professionals to those looking to make the right choice on who to work with for their new home or remodel project. Craig and his crews are exceptional. Finding a company to build a great house is one thing. That being said; Schoenberg is responsive after you're moved in and fixes any problems that may occur over time no questions asked. This is valuable beyond compare when time is such a valuable commodity. Worth every penny.

Before we even started construction, we worked exclusively with Craig and our architect for over a year through many design iterations to ultimately design the house we wanted within our budget. Craig, his key guys (Marty and Chuck) and all of his subcontractors were extremely professional, easy to work with and PATIENT. As we met with the various material suppliers and told them we were working with Schoenberg Construction, we always heard: “Oh, they’re good to work with.” With any large construction project, you always run into unforeseen issues – ALWAYS! What counts is how those issues are resolved. We, of course, had our share of unexpected issues, and Craig and his subcontractors always worked to resolve the issues in a prompt, fair and equitable way. Craig also worked very closely

Craig and his staff are professional from start to finish! As a designer in the area, I work with many contractors. I would highly recommend (and have) Schoenberg Construction to anyone. They are a family owned business and are well known for high quality in materials and craftsmanship.

From start to finish the Schoenberg team was phenomenal. Craig and his team took the time to listen, provide sound advice, and excellent workmanship when it came to completing our basement. Marty and Chuck were wonderful to work with and made this project the success it was.
