This place is awesome. When I arrived, I was really worried because there was an issue with the new glass needing to be put on my car (not their fault).. BUT, the gentleman that was going to work on it, I wish I knew his name because he deserves a raise, went to the cities to get another piece of glass. They got it done all done in the same day, and I didn't have to make any additional hour long drives. I have never gotten my windshield replaced before this, but I know if I need to again, I wll be coming back here. They were very kind, quick, and they did amazing work. Huuuuuge thanks to that one guy, specifically, it wouldn't have been so awesome if he hadn't gone to grab a new one. Highly recommend!!

I had to get my car's windshield replaced after a rock cracked it. I submitted a claim to my insurance company after hours and Glass America called me within a couple of hours to schedule an appointment for the next day. Although there was a little miscommunication between the Glass America call center and GlassWerks in St. Cloud regarding my appointment time, GlassWerks reached out to me the morning of my windshield replacement appointment and offered a few different solutions. I ended up bringing the car in on the original date I had scheduled the appointment for and they gave me a loaner car to use until my car was ready to be picked up. They did a wonderful job with the windshield replacement and even reattached the state park and oil change reminder stickers from my old windshield

They installed my rear glass, three months later it shattered as I stood next to it and they wouldn't replace it and said I must have done something to it. If you like being called a liar then go with them, their technician, Michael, was a nice guy.

My insurance company suggested this business as a preferred vendor and although I was reluctant to say OK based on my limited knowledge of them and the insurance industries typical preference to choose the cheapest vendor possible I agreed to let them replace the heated windscreen in my Land Rover. Boy am I glad that I got over myself and got to know this company better! I wanted to let them work on my vehicle in their warm shop so I made the appointment to coincide with another appointment I had in St Cloud. They were nice enough to provide me a loaner car to drive the 3 miles to that appointment and back. This company is professional from appointment to finish and the work they did seems flawless. Requested a quote online through their website after hours & was contacted the next morning. Upon calling back, I spoke with John, who walked me through the process. He answered my questions and then got my insurance company to join our call to approve the claim. Within 15 minutes I had a mobile appointment scheduled for a technician to come directly to my home to replace my windshield. I was extremely pleased by the knowledgeable & efficient customer service & the experience was far quicker & less complicated than I expected it to be. Will update this review after my appointment on Monday.
