We have been working with Mike Wagner for 6+ years to replace our damaged car windshields. He is extremely quick to set appt and follows thru. The quality of work is great and when an issue arises, he quickly resolved it to our satisfaction. He is an approved State Farm vendor and would highly reccomend others to consider working with them. They travel up to Brainerd and down to Elko and everything in between.
Had him replace a car door window after it had been smashed with a crowbar. It slams shut after he replaced it and he will not warranty his work. He says he doesn't know what slams shut means and says someone stuck a screwdriver down there and bent something. He says he doesn't care about bad reviews. After researching on YouTube It said that he installed it crooked.
He came to my house right away after calling Tom. He gave me a reasonable cost to both of my vandalized vehicle's. However, the broken shattered glass was still there, they didn't vacuum the vehicles.
Mike is awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this business… call them first!
