Twin Cities Auto Glass

We had an appointment booked to have our windshield replaced this am, it slipped my wife’s mind to leave her car home to have this done. As I was about to call the company to reschedule the appointment the technician called to say he was 15 min away. I broke the news to him and asked if I should cancel or if he could go to her work. Last minute switches can be some of the hardest things to deal with do to the level of frustration they cause. The technician never once showed any frustration or anger on the phone and willingly agreed to go to her work and fix the windshield! I am very pleased with the work done and the level of customer care that was shown today. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for glass work on their car! Thanks again for the excellent work!

Great Service. The Tech even went to the trouble of relocating my Oil Change Reminder, I-Pass, and State Park Sticker to the new windshield. I hope not to need one, but if I do. This is where I am going.

The full windshield replacement process was prompt, easy and professional from start to finish. Technician Paul conveniently arrived at our home and had the new windshield installed within an hour. I am one for the unlucky folks who have broken multiple windshields during these winter months. The team at Twin Cities Auto Glass was always customer focused and made sure my wife and I were taken care of every step of the way. Very happy with their service from scheduling the appointment all the way to installation. I will always use them in the future!

I recently used Twin City auto glass to install a new windshield in my Ford pick up. They showed up when they said they would. Did an excellent job and I’m very pleased with their service. Prior to calling them. My insurance company had set up an appointment with Safelite. I was scheduled between eight and 12 on another day prior to having Twin City auto glass out to my home. Safelite never showed up nor called. At 4:30 PM when I reached out to them. They told me they had canceled and I would have to reschedule. I highly recommend using Twin City auto glass. Stay away from safe lite
