Eric inspected my potential new home and I couldn't be more pleased. He went through everything with a fine tooth comb and I am now very much assured that my upcoming purchase will be great. I learned everything that could be a potential problem so that I was able to easily negotiate the solutions with the seller. I also had a radon check and sewar scope at the same time which saved time. He talked me through everything and the packet with pictures is great and will be useful. I highly recommend AmeriSpec.
Our inspector, Joe, was awesome. He was extremely thorough and still inspected the roof even though it was raining cats and dogs outside. We are thankful for AmeriSpec.
I'm so happy with the inspection that Todd did for me. He patiently explained the issues he found. Gave good recommendations. So glad I followed his recommendation to have the sewer line scoped (because previous owner had sewer issues) because they found a big clog in the main line. My realtor has used him for years and I would use him again in a heartbeat.
AmeriSpec came highly recommended and I too would recommend them. Eric was very informative and easy to work with. Talked through everything and happy to answers questions; no matter how small, simple, or dumb. 5 stars for Eric and AmeriSpec!!
