First of all, Bill and Bryan are really great and very respectful guys! Second, they beat the competition’s pricing! Third, they give you direct connect communication as owner operators, this value alone is worth it even if they were more expensive than the competitors! Fourth, 10 year parts and labor warranty (only a few competitors even dare to offer this and they will surely be more expensive) Fifth, Honesty, Integrity, Punctuality... I cannot stress these points enough nor can I communicate in text the level of these three qualities they both have!!! I could go on but trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

I had Bill out to talk about running a gas line for me. He figured a way with the least disruption to my house, and quoted a fair price. After having 2 other estimates, I knew I would go with B&B as soon as the job was ready to start. As fate would have it, within a week, my AC stopped working right on the cusp of a very bad heat wave. I called Bill, hoping against hope that we would be able to come out in a day or two to look at it. Instead, he said he'd be here that afternoon. He showed up shortly before 3 pm, and was on his way by 3:30, and my AC was fixed!! Fair pricing, great response, a real good guy that isn't out here trying to fleece you. He has my business for life!

100% the only heating and cooling company anyone needs to call! They are just awesome people to work with (like seriously, I consider them true friends! And that’s not typical in the HVAC contracting business) There’s a lot of companies out there using high pressure sales tactics selling the same exact equipment at 2.5-3 times the price! Warranty on parts AND labor - in a society where companies have incorporated a “build it to be disposable” mindset (because it increases their bottom line) this type of iron clad warranty has been nearly deleted from our conscious minds! Go with Bill and Bryan at “B and B“ - you will NOT regret it one bit! IF YOU LIKE POST PURCHASE REGRETS - then go with someone else! BUT IF YOU WANT REAL SATISFACTION KNOWING YOUR MONEY WAS WELL SPENT - CALL “B and B“

Had a very pleasant service call with B&B. They met me on a saturday which kept me from missing a work day. I only had a minor issue with my furnace and they were happy to take care of it for me.
