Working with Brady, Cole, and the rest of the team from Opie’s Gold Heat n’ Air was an excellent experience from start to finish. Brady was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to explain my options clearly, answered every question without pressure, and made sure I felt confident in the right furnace I was choosing. Cole and his installation team were detailed, friendly, clean, and on time. What really stood out was the team’s integrity and honesty from the inspection and recommendations on Thursday to the installation today. I highly recommend Brady, Cole and the team from Opie’s Gold Heat n’ Air to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality heating and cooling service.
Jacob was awesome! This is a high stress situation and he showed up on time, completed a solid inspection, and even with delivering “bad” news, he made it easy by explaining ALL the options and finding a solution that will work for everyone. Without being pushy from a sales perspective. I knew I made the right choice going with Opies. Thank you Jacob!!! Ben and Cole came on Saturday to install a brand new furnace and A/C unit. They worked diligently and clean. They did awesome!
Cody & Bruin were very professional and informative. Brady assessed failing AC and helped to determine best replacement unit. Scheduling was very responsive & timely given the high temperatures. I highly recommend Opies’s Gold.
Great service. Cole was very polite and courteous. Let me know what was wrong and different options. Then proceeded to fix it right away. Had everything working properly in about an hour. Great overall service. Thank you Cole and Opie's!
Cody and Bruin did a great job. Thorough, clean, knowledgeable, and stuck with finishing the job (about 14 hours long)!! Even made a return trip to fix a tiny leak in our softener. Attention to detail and great work ethic!!
