Whenever I call Logan in Controls he is always super helpful and great to work with. The service techs they send out are always great and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking for commercial Refrigeration or HVAC.
This company is overall not trust worthy. St.Cloud refrigeration is an embarrassment to the entire HVAC industry.
Not great, installers were very inappropriate and left trash all over. A lot of it blowing around outside. Pretty sure a couple of them were still hungover/trashed on more than 1 occasion
This company hides the fact that they charge for drive time. It was not included in the estimate even though they knew it was a 45 minute drive to our location.
Outstanding customer service and follow up. Their tech person and the team did a great job of communicating with us.
