This company has been horrendous to work with. Our very large order did not come in time - of which we totally understand that sometimes shipping delays happen and things are out of our control. When we elevated our concerns to the owner, he somehow turned the delays and mistakes/lack of communication on his part on us and made us feel as if we were the problem. As a small business owner myself, this is absolutely unacceptable - the customer should never feel like this. He also tried to remedy the situation by offering us 2% off a large bill. I tried to meet him in the middle and asked for a 8% discount, which felt fair considering the delays and lack of communication we experienced. I was looking to buy gloves in bulk. I have an account and they're supposed to be wholesale. All I could see was the price for one pair, so I sent them an email. I received a reply from "Pauli" and I guess they don't really need my business. I still don't know the price for a case.
