I spoke with Doug yesterday about an issue with my truck that I had just replaced the instrument cluster and I needed the keys reprogrammed, He was fairly confident there was more that needed to be done in order to sync the new cluster to the anti-theft system, but he did come out to see what he could do. When it turned out he was right and I needed more than just adding the keys, he left without charging me anything - who does that these days? He had spent a good 30 minutes trying to help. I so appreciated his willingness to attempt the fix, despite his initial concerns. Service like that just isn't common, and I can't recommend Doug and his team enough!

This place is great. I brought my storm door lock and house key in and they adjusted it and made it work. They also made me some keys and their pricing is way better than online or big stores.

Jeremiah was fast, professional and very kind. Got me into my truck without issues and even jumped my battery when we found out it was a dead battery that had me locked out. I'd give him and this business five 5 star reviews if I could.
