I couldn’t be more pleased with the services I received at Lux Trucks shop. The mechanics are top-notch, and I felt confident leaving my truck in their hands. I was stuck since Sunday at a Love’s parking lot and couldn’t get my truck fixed. I had Love’s service come out and they couldn’t figure out the problem. I even called another shop and got the same result — nobody knew what was wrong. Finally, I called Lux Trucks Mobile Repair Services. Jeff answered the phone and sent someone out right away. As soon as they arrived, they immediately diagnosed the issue. You can tell these guys are very experienced and know exactly what they’re doing. Big thanks to Jeff and the Lux Trucks team. I've utilized Lux a number of times over the last many years. They've always been fair and solution oriented. It's nice to see they have a shop facility in addition to the mobile service. Always convenient.

No one likes to break down, especially away from home. Lux made the bad experience as painless as possible for the situation. My Freightliner lost all oil pressure while at a truckstop. I called Lux for mobile service. They were able to respond. The tech verified that it was not a sensor, but actually no oil pressure. I called a tow truck to take me to Lux's shop. The next morning, the shop quickly removed the oil pan, all the mechanical components, and found the broken oil manifold. Parts were picked up. Parts were installed. I was on my way that same day. Everyone was pleasant to work with. The bill was approximately $2400. That included the mobile service, Parts, and labor. Not fun to pay, but a very fair price for all that was done.
