I honestly don’t even know where to start. I went earlier today (06/06/2026 at 12:05 pm) to pick a cargo van from this location. Upon arrival I joined the line and waited patiently for the next rep to be available. As soon as it was my turn I went to the women (I wish I got her name) that was working there. As soon as I greeted her, she immediately responded back with the rudest tone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt but as the conversation progressed, she just kept getting more and more rude/frustrated with the conversation. Keep in mind all I was asking was basic questions such as the cost and mile prices. Honestly if it wasn’t for this location having the cargo van available at the time, I would’ve went to another location and spent my hard earned money elsewhere. Please coach this r

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Easy online reservation process. The movers we hired through Uhaul (Massive Movers) were excellent! They had all of our furniture loaded and unloaded in under 2 hours! Definitely use them again.

Great place, nice people and very easy process! Also, De Anthony was so helpful. He explained return process thoroughly and had great patience with me. I asked for recommendations on things to check-out since I was new in the area and he provided those too! I was grateful that he was so accommodating.
