I recently rented an indoor unit at U-Haul Self-Storage and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated the flexible hours with the keycard system and the peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. Pricing was less expensive compared to other heated storage options nearby. Highly recommend U-Haul Self-Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free storage solution!

I had such a great experience at this U-Haul location! Blake was super helpful and kind. He took the time to show me how to use the truck ramp and made sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed before leaving. Really appreciated his patience and professionalism. Highly recommend this location!

Went to U-Haul to fill my propane tank. I was the only customer when I walked in but 3 other customers came in behind me. I was told to go outside and wait by the refilling station and he would be right out. He proceeded to help the other 3 customers that came in after me before helping me. I waited outside for 15 mins and then left without ever getting help.

A huge facility with many sizes and options available at affordable prices. In a decent location, tucked in the west corner of St. Cloud. It’s easy to get into and out of without traffic. A pull in garage makes loading and unloading warmer/cooler depending on the season. And the carts make the trips so much easier. The staff are always there to help and the facilities are well maintained. I feel like my stuff is secure with the individual alarms in the units.
