Good experience. We moved from Colorado to Minnesota. Communication was great. They dropped off and picked up when they said they would. Customer service was good on the phone. Drivers were friendly. Our stuff made it in good shape. I would use them again.
I used one of the Relocubes to move from SC to MN and did not have any problems at all with it. When I unloaded my cube here and called for them to pick it up, they came within 2 hours. I was very pleased with my experience, and would absolutely use them to move again. The price is comparable to the cost of a moving truck, and it is much more convenient and less stressful.
So I have used pack twice, even though we had a horrible experience the first time, we were short of time and really had no choice. The second time made the first look like a walk in the park. Missed my reservation window twice to start things off. never brought a contract for me and the driver was rude. they waited over a week before finally shipping my stuff. wen I called to get answers I was told and I quote, "I dont care what you want or think because im not doing anything for you". that was supposedly a supervisor. For what you pay you would think that you would get at least decent customer support but no, none at all. No communication, can't tell you where your stuff is or when it will be moved. They just blame the rucking company and the trucking company blames them. I had
