Called on Sunday night, furnace out. Gabe had just come in from hunting but I had his full attention. My concerns became his. I assured him we were ok over night because we had electric fire place on so we could wait until in the morning. Gabe was at our home first thing in the morning and we had heat shortly after he was there. Thanks Gabe. Work is professional. Communication is great, cost if labor us very reasonable. We will definitely work with AAA PLBG & HVAC again when we need furnace or plumbing help.

We had a tankless water heater installed by AAA plumbing. Pros: was able to schedule the work in the same week. Cons: Messy, unprepared, made mistakes due to not checking his work. First issue: installed the wrong unit. I caught the mistake the next day when comparing the data sheet to the unit. The unit he installed was the smaller unit. When I called him on it, he genuinely was surprised. He claimed the mistake was due to his supplier giving him the wrong unit. But, he obviously hadn't double-checked the product before installing it. He did replace the unit at a time convenient for me, but it would have been better if the issue had never occurred. Second issue: The next day, I discovered all of the carpet and stored items on the other side of the wall from the old water heater

Called Gabe to schedule a tankless hot water flush. He told me it had to be scheduled before 3:30. I made and appointment for 3:30 the following week. I took off work early to make this appointment work. He showed up at 4:30 and hooked two hoses up and put in a bucket and sat on his phone for a hour and charged me $160. Overpriced, no respect for your time, did not take shoes off, complained about poor internet coverage in our basement.

Very unsatisfied with the service offer by this business. Communication was poor and had major delays getting a basic serviced performed thru our home warranty. I filed a complaint about vendor thru our warranty and they stated that they have had multiple issues with this business. When repair was finally (several weeks) scheduled to be completed contractor showed up to our house and when we opened the door he just bolted up (literally) the stairs with his dirty shoes. Once service was completed we asked for a receipt of service and he stated that they don’t provide any paperwork for jobs done under a home warranty. Called my warranty company again and they stated that vendor should always provide an invoice of services rendered. In summary :terrible unprofessional service received.

My floor drain was plugged and the older gentleman (not such a gentleman) couldn’t get the snake through the drain pipe, and he was making very rude remakes about what he thought I was pouring down my drain. He finally gave up looked at me and said you know what you have to do, I said no what do I have to do. He say yes you do. I told him if I knew I wouldn’t have asked him what I needed to do next. After calling a “real” plumber “ it was found my old pipe was rusted through and what he was hitting was dirt not what I supposed put down the drain. And he charged me 80.00 to be a jerk!
