Mike did an amazing job fixing a pin hole leak in our hot water line. He was friendly, quick, and very efficient. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Augusta, Plumbing And Heating is amazing. I called this morning with a non working central air unit.The technician Joe Charchar was able to come out the same day and make the necessary repairs. He was very knowledgeable, informative and fair. We have had nothing but great experiences with this company!

I called Augusta plumbing in the middle of the day and by the next morning, Mike T. Was over and within 10 minutes (after he passed the "nice guy" inspection from our 80lb lap dog..) had multiple quotes prepared for us, with a range of repair/price options. His quotes were better than competitive, they felt down-right friendly, especially when he took the time to thoroughly explain why some repairs were very necessary and others were fine to wait on. Pleasant, knowledgeable, transparent are the words I'd use to describe the situation. I'll be utilizing the membership I bought to Augusta Plumbing this spring when we decide to tackle the less-necessary tasks. Thanks again, Mike T./Augusta Plumbing!!

This is our third big job with Augusta on our home this year and we'll continue using them . Joe Charchar came out for our HVAC maintenance check as part of our membership plan and caught an existing leak in the coolant line. He took extra care of the whole unit for us with extra TLC for a good price that will save us quite a bit in the future. I would definitely recommend his and Augusta's services.
