My furnace went down on the coldest night of the year. Mechanical Energy Systems got back to me that night with availability to send someone out. They were upfront with their after-hours service costs which I so appreciated and decided to manage the night with space heaters. In the morning they called and were able to set me up with an appointment that day. Brandon was on time, kind, and very informative about what he was seeing that needed to be replaced and checked in my furnace. Got the all new parts installed in about an hour. I plan to use Mechanical Energy Systems for all my future needs and to recommend them as often as I can to my friends and community.

I have worked with Mechanical Energy for years. The customer experience is exceptional. I just had a new heating system installed. John and Steve were so nice and knowledgeable. They walked us through the process and explained everything about our new Carrier furnace. Mechanical Energy is now the only approved vendor to provide heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing in our 145 home association. We know we will always get the BEST customer service done right and a very fair price. We needed a new Central Air Conditioning system for our home. I met with Dan and his team at Mechanical Energy. I was given a couple of options that they took the time to explain the benefits of each. We decided on a Heat Pump System. If you have never looked into a heat pump system you should. It was the right choice for cost saving every month. It also increases the value of our home. Nick and Dan did the install. They did a great job with answering all our questions. They updated wiring to meet updated codes and installed surge home protection. This was above and beyond our expectations. Nick and Dan reviewed the install upon completion showing my mom and dad the new thermostat and how it worked. Over the past 12 months we have had a new furnace, water heater and now heat pump. Our house was built in 1898. We were having problems securing homeowners insurance this year because the electrical system had never been adequately updated. Tony came to the. house to assess the system and to recommend an appropriate course of action to bring the house to current code. Stephen, Malachi, and at times others worked to install a new 200 amp panel and to replace old wiring as needed. They were always polite, communicative, and careful in what was an obviously challenging situation. The work took 5 days and came in under the reasonable bid we had been given. Kudos to the entire team for a fantastic job. We would highly recommend MES!!
