We purchased the Hot Springs Flash this year during a Costco partnering promotion and can't speak highly enough about all aspects of the service that Ament has provided then, and now. From guidance during the purchase and installation of a pad - to quick help with the basic questions we've had along the way. We are lucky to have this family-owned business in town!
We got our hot tub 3 years ago from Ament, and it has been just fantastic! Everyone is so helpful there when we were first figuring out getting chemicals balanced and anytime we have questions, they are so knowledgeable and willing to help, they are just awesome to work with! So glad be bought our hot tub here!
Ament was a breeze to work with on the purchase of our Rhythm Hot Springs Spa. Our in store experience was awesome, they helped us find the hot tub style we liked and price point we were looking for. When we had questions or needed help they were available and came out to our home asap. We chose Ament because of their customer service and that they were a family owned business. Quality and service from Ament is something that big box stores can not compete with.
Our Hot Springs cover finally ripped. I shopped everywhere and had to send exact measurements and they all had upcharges. I ran across Ament through a FB group and called them. I just had to give them the serial number and a new cover was ordered, came in half the time they told me and it fits like a glove. Super easy to work with and the best part, it was far cheaper than any other dealer. I have a new source for my hot tub needs.
We bought a hot tub from Ament a few weeks ago after getting recommendations to buy from them from a couple separate people who previously bought from Ament. We are very happy with our choice. Dan, LuAnn, and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything about the purchase, delivery, first-fill, and water stabilization went smooth. And of course the Hot Springs brand is top of the line and is amazing.
