Platinum Pool & Spa was so helpful in our hot tub search. Staff made sure we tried a bunch of different seating options and stayed within budget. It was so helpful that they had some in stock, so we had delivery in just a few days. They also were super helpful in adjusting the placement after we realized we wouldn't meet electrical code with our original postion. 10/10 would recommend!

Holly and I just had our Hot tub installed and we cant thank Aaron and the crew enough. We are first time Hot Tub owners and have had many questions along the way, Aaron has walked us through every concern we've had with immediate responses. Aaron was very informative and welcoming when we met with him. They had a wide variety of spas on hand which was nice to see in person versus pictures. He invited us to sit in as many as we liked to find the one that fit our budget and preference. All of our follow up emails leading up to purchase were answered in a timely matter and very informative. Once we landed on the right tub for us, Wyatt and crew delivered it on time, set it up and answered all of our start up questions while there and even after they left. Even responding within a minute to an after business hours question! I was very impressed with the friendliness of the whole crew and the entire process from start to finish! Thanks guys!!
