Curt did a home inspection for us and we were very impressed with his attention to detail. As new homeowners we really appreciated his ability to explain in depth some of the work our new home would need and appreciated his guidance in managing the routine mantinence we could do to keep our house in tip top shape going forward. Curt really knew what he was talking about when it came to all areas of the home and was very friendly and easy to work with. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend his services to anyone.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Curt was so personable and great to have do the inspection! My husband and I cannot recommend him enough! He is worth every penny and then some. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The inspector was thorough, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, catching details I would have never noticed. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and provided a detailed report that gave me complete confidence in my home purchase. His attention to detail and customer care truly knocked my socks off! If you want peace of mind and top-notch service, this is the inspector to call. He even gets bonus points for taking a few pictures of the deer in the yard and sending them to us! Love that detail! I wish I could buy

We had used Curt do our past 3 home inspections for home purchases and he was great. The last home inspection he did for us was an epic fail. He failed to find 3 major issues with the home that are adding up to 8 thousand + in electrical and plumbing issues. We could have negotiated these issues into our offer. He found mold issues that he offered as a certified remediation specialist to correct them for us and offered a lower cost then most which we wrote the cost into our offer. As someone with an autoimmune disease mold is a huge issue. However, he had some personal issues and took it out on us by sending nasty text messages claiming we were pushy and would no longer work with us.we simply asked when the work would be done as its been over a month. Just a date was requested not a pushy
