Each morning since we moved in last week I wake up Thankful and Greatful to GOD and Werschay Homes! We Absolutely LOVE our new forever Dream Lake Home they built us! We’ve personally been through a lot these past few years, so when we found the lake lot with our Awesome Realtor Barb Dahl and then Werschay, we knew we needed them to build for us! The Team guided me through this build without a hitch! Our home-buying journey began with meeting Jim, who seamlessly transitioned from our realtor to our project manager. From start to finish, Renovate by Werschay truly transformed our house into a home. Mollie was an absolute joy to work with and has an incredible eye for detail and design. She thoughtfully reimagined our existing space, opening up rooms to function more efficiently—from the walk-in pantry and open stairwell to a stunning shower with a wall-to-wall niche and a corner fireplace that is both beautiful and functional. Building our dream home with the Werschay team was the perfect experience. Logan, Pete and Mollie were the ideal team from start to finish! They were attentive, detailed, and always on top of things. We felt cared for and in great hands the entire time. We plan on living here forever… but if we were ever to build again, it would 100% be with the Werschay team!

Werschay built our home Winter through Spring 2019. This was our first time building a home and the experience exceeded our expectations. I am a structural engineer and was very particular about the foundation, framing and insulation phases, especially over the extreme winter weather of early 2019. Their construction methods are truly cutting edge - all aimed at providing a strong and energy efficient home. Their subcontractors have worked together for over a decade and thus sequence their work efficiently which also leads to consistency and total grasp of their respective roles. The interior detailing is astounding. We found them honest and straightforward to do business with. Outstanding experience and my wife and I cannot recommend highly enough!
