First off, the ease of setting up an appointment online was so simple and it gave you prices up front so there was no guessing at the end. Just for setting up the appointment online I received $10 the screen fix and 50% off the battery replacement. Not sure if they do that all the time, so I might have just gotten lucky. In store I checked in, verified a few items and they took the phone and told it it will probably take an hour to fix. I showed up shortly before the hour and the phone was ready to go. The screen is beautiful and battery is holding. I was very pleased with the work and courteousness of the employees. I will definitely be recommending Batteries Plus to others.

I was beyond impressed with the price and the speedy service. They fixed my phone and replaced my screen in one hour. The other place I stopped at said they would have to order my screen so it would take 3-5 days and was going to cost a lot more. I am so impressed with my entire experience. I am definitely going back with any phone repairs!

Great Customer Service! I walked in with a completely broken screen on my phone, was assured that it would be finished within an hour!! (it was!) I was also able to replace my battery for 1/2 the price since they were already going to be working on my phone! Will definitely be back to get repairs if needed! Thank you!!

The iPhone screen repair was fast, well done and cheaper than other places. I was offered a coupon that I didn't know about to save $10- which was great! The new screen has a grayer look to it so the colors are muted which isn't the best for viewing pictures. The colors aren't vibrant like they were with the original screen so that's disappointing. So I'd say the service was excellent but the product not perfect due to discoloring of pictures now.
