STAY AWAY!!!!!! This place is trash. The service is horrible, and so are the people. I've recently moved to the area and started using them. The dry cleaning product they use smells like toilet bowl cleaner. Used them a few times and kept laundering shirts - stopped dry cleaning. On the last occasion, I dropped 5x shirts to be laundered, and they all came back with a sort of a cut on the collar that certainly happened during the process in one of their machines/equipment. I left the shirts for management to assess the damage, and after a few days, I was offered $20 credit for the damage. One of the employees told me those cuts were minor and the shirts "could still be used, and the damage was probably there before, but I never noticed." Lost my pants! So why 5 stars? Because they took it seriously, were professional and communicated (through email). We traded some emails and about a month later, as we were finalizing compensation...a miracle! A good Samaritan returned my pants!(thanks for that!) Thanks Cody, Bella and a young gal whose name I didn't catch! You are keeping my business!

Absolutely fantastic service! They do such a great job. I brought in a pair of white pants with a coffee stain on them, usually not a problem but I had tried to get the stain out myself with water because I still had a whole day of wearing them with a huge coffee stain down the front of the left leg. They got it out, no problem, as well as the red dye transfer from my shoes too - amazing! Usually, it's about a week to get things back but of course you can pay for expedited service if required. They're a small business and it's best to pay in cash if possible. Great local business, highly recommend!!

Angie is AMAZING!!! So I’ve been driving around with my daughter‘s wedding gown for the past six months in the trunk of my car, in a sealed bag. Not knowing where to take it for dry cleaning and preservation. We spent a lot of money on this dress and my daughter really enjoyed it. The WEDDING GOWN was completely dirty in the bottom because the bride really partied with it. We Did not know where to bring it for proper dry cleaning or trusted anyone with it. Someone recommended Hour Glass Cleaners and I am so happy I did. They literally hand washed the bottom of my daughters dress and made sure that every inch and application on the dress was perfectly clean and safely placed. Thank you Angie for your personal touch.
