I want to start off by saying, I don’t typically write google reviews. I used Alex Towing Service through my insurance road side assistance. Was quick to show up, prep my car, load, and deliver to the shop. He realized my wallet was left in the car, and offered to deliver it to us. 10/10 service. Thank you Alex!

A little sketchy from the first call, but decided to give him a chance. He answered the phone "Hello"? - not using a business name. Red flag #1. I got a quote anyhow. It was $50 cheaper than the mid range quote, but a little more than the cheapest one. Probably shouldve been red flag #2. You get what you pay for. Decided to move forward. Set up the appointment for the next day with over 24 hours advance notice. He agreed to meet me there at the exact time and asked that I text him the location of the vehicle and where it should be towed to. I had already given him this information verbally but now was asked to text. I did this and got zero response. (Red flag #3) The next day he did not show up. I called him. He again answered "hello?" It sounded like I woke him up even though it was after

I can't speak highly enough about Alex. He's a busy guy so give him time to call you back. His time estimates are on point. He went out of his way to help me when I was in a situation where most would've turned away. He saved me a fine and for that I am very thankful! Wish I could give 7 stars.

Alex is a champ! He is very knowledgeable and is an honest working man he came out in the middle of a freezing day just to help me start my truck up. He could’ve easy told me some lie and charged me a bunch of money instead he was helpful and was able to get my truck started.

Alex came out quickly and was able to unlock my car in seconds, when another company had been out the day before and couldn't do the job. Highly recommend!!!
