Although my car should not have been towed in the first place, these guys were super about working with me, working it out. He was very friendly and really, for a "towed car" experience, it was not bad. The person I worked with made a stressful situation not-so-bad, and I cannot say anything bad about the interaction. Thank you!

😁 Hi I am Michelle Johnson, and I just wanted to share my great blessed experience in the towing of my vehicle with this company. I'm thankful they were patience and workable, understanding of the circumstances especially kind. As we are all going thru these circumstances together with the Covid that we all should kindly remind ourselves we are all humans trying to take care of ourselves and families and businesses in order for our communities to survive in this, we have to be able to do this together not in division but togetherness😁

These people have the word professional in their name and "professional" was the last thing they were. A friend of mine's vehicle was towed & we came directly here 5 minutes after it was towed and nobody was here. Their hours of operation were stated as open however both doors were locked shut when we got here. When we called the number they simply replied with, "Oh yeah, my guy is on his way. Should be there at 2." I called again at 2:05, he replied, "oh yeah, my guy should be there in 10 minutes." 10 more minutes went by and no one. He didn't even apologize for not having someone there when it was obviously during working hours, per their website. "Triple A" was the other guy that helped us, and he was actually really nice. My cousins car was towed for no reason and when he called nobody answers he couldn’t leave a voice mail so we had to wait the whole weekend just to make an appointment. They need to stop this!!! Other people have left reviews about the same problem they check like 3 apartments in stcloud that have no towing signs or anything and if your car has no proof that you live there they will be towing it at 3 am on any night !!! Unbelievable!!!

Was towed from an apartment parking lot at 4 a.m, terribly rude the entire time and was told i was not allowed to touch or grab anything out of my vehicle. When asked the tow drivers name and manager he drove away.
