On my way from MD to MT towing a camper, I got stranded at a Pilot truck stop and called AAA. Taylor came out to help me. He was so helpful diagnosing the problem as my alternator. When I found a shop open on a Sunday, he came right back out and towed it over for me. Super kind, polite, and professional. Also knowledgeable!
9.5 hours roadside assistance for a 2 gallon fuel delivery. Onstar hired this company who towed my 2500HD 4x4 GMC Sierra Duramax dollied with front wheels on the road. Driver was unhappy and more than disrespectful. 10 hours now they left my vehicle at an unknown location and refuse to help. Owner called to blame the crisis on me, my fault not theirs, humiliated me, was degrading me and at no time apologized. Have talked with GM to demand compensation or I will litigate and be sure to inform every media outlet, reviews, and forums to expose this company unethically operating. I won’t have it. I’m the guy you will regret disrespecting. I direct that towards the disrespectful narcissist old woman who was determined to make me feel bad. Lady, you will remember my name. I promise it will conti
The service guy that helped me get my truck running AND replaced my batteries at an extremely good price. The price was close to all other shops and the service guy wanted to make sure I made it safe to my destination. I am a senior citizen traveling alone and that young man deserves recognition for his service. He had to take some parts off to get to the second battery. This IS human kindness and I appreciate him and all he did. I am extremely satisfied.
I'm not sure where to start. A friend of mine has some rather serious issues. There was a note posted at the apartment where my friend lived that they would be trimming trees. She didn't see the notice, that was on her so her truck was towed. Know to get it back was quite the experience. My friend hasn't driven for several years and the roommate that drove for her had just died So I got in the middle. She has maintained insurance but her tab's were expired. We went to retrieve the truck, witch she had proof of registration and the payoff card but expired tabs. Now this towing company closes at 4:30 really? And also not open on weekends really? So how do people get off work and be able to get their before 4:30? And their closed on weekends. They charge $35 dollars a day for impound, sounds
I needed a tow outside of Albertville on Friday so called AAA. They sent Austin Freeman From Collins Brothers, who was working in the area that day. What a kind and helpful person! He towed me to a recommended place, which happened to be closed. He looked up other places for me, made a phone call and then towed me somewhere nearby where they were able to repair my car. Austin, I am so grateful for your help and especially your kindness. Thank you
