I hate to have to write a negative review as they had wonderful service in the past. I had an appointment to get service today and it was scheduled very much in advance. I called about two hours ahead of the appointment to confirm, Lindsey assured me they would be here between 1 and 3pm so I took off 4 hours of work got everything ready for the guy as fast as I could and began waiting. Finally about 40 minutes before 3 she calls me and tells me she doesn't know what is going on but they are going to reschedule my appointment. It cost me money to miss work and they are asking me to do that again because their tech wanted an earlier start to his Friday night. I was not rude or angry at her when she called but I did inform her I will no longer be a customer and not to bother rescheduling. I f

I am a long time Culligan customer (water softener monthly rental ) and have probably been using them for over ten years. I called last Monday about purchasing a water softener. In those ten years, I probably called them no more than five times. I waited a few days before I decided to call them back on Wednesday to ask how long it usually takes for the technician to return my call. The lady at Culligan told me the technician was busy and would definitely call back at the end of the month. The way she answered me was not helpful in resolving the issue. So I decided to call two different water softener companies because both had good reviews and one of them immediately transferred me to a technician who gave me a quote on the spot and said it would be installed by the next week. I should have gotten this Culligan soft water years ago!!! I was always thinking that I could not afford to get their service. Little did I know that installation is only $199. Then it's only $40./mo. I can't believe the difference that it has made so quickly. My water is clear and delicious. I always had low water pressure but now the salt water has made such a difference, my faucets are all running as quickly as they should have been for years. Everything in my laundry is looking bright. I'm just so excited that I can get white clothes and when I wash them now, they stay white. I'm probably writing too much but if you have the water problems that I had, rest assured, Culligan installation and rental are affordable and worth it.

Culligan reps are super easy to get a hold of, easy to talk to, they explain everything really well. Very fast service calls. The water softner is low/no maintenance. If anything goes wrong with it, Culligan will send a service technician out to fix it at no extra cost. Very pleasant company to work with
