I've been working with extreme audio and video for nearly 5 years. The system they originally put in is fantastic, however, it does have an issue pop-up from time to time. This is where the outstanding Customer Service has come in. Anytime I've had an issue it's either been resolved remotely or completely taken care of in a quick and professional manner. I'd highly recommend their services for anybody who needs audio and visual needs.

It is a very cool place. They showcase all their products they install (message chairs, TVs, audio/video systems, etc.). I like their home theatre room the most. They also install auto start for numerous vehicles. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They explain the whole process and very competent at what they do. Highly recommend!

I called AVX about installing a home theater system and a tv mounting. Within a few days Cory was out to look at the space. I ended up with a 5.2 system. It’s nothing short of amazing. I hear things in video games and movies that I haven’t heard before. Cory was great to work with. The installers did a great job concealing wires and cords for a clean look. Made appointment but did not show up and no phone call. When I called, I accepted their excuse and indicated I would wait for their call when they were available to come. In the meantime, i found someone else. When I called to cancel, they found it necessary to inform me they are "a multi million dollar company" and they "schedule 2 or 3 weeks out so they are not who im looking for". Never been told by anyone before that they basically don't need my business. I interpreted it as arrogant because why do you mention your company's worth. I have no doubt their equipment and installation is top notch but I didn't get a chance to find out. Probably great if you like to wait weeks.
