I have never used this service but the lack of respect for neighbors of people who do is why I’m writing this review. On 9/4 about 9:45 am, an employee pulled up with their truck and trailer. Not only blocking my mail box but another neighbors. Blocking mailboxes prevents people from receiving their mail. Some receive important things in the mail like their medications, paychecks, medical equipment and others. This is unacceptable practice and I hope they talk to their employees and explain this to them.

This is the best thing I’ve ever done ! Ellinger snow removal has been a God blessing . Always dependable and no more worries about removing snow. Snowblower is clean with no more torn up grass.

I paid for seasonal snow removal for Winter ‘23-‘24. We had a couple times where it snowed over an inch and they came (which took less than a minute for half of a small driveway.) When we got the only real snowstorm that came in March, over the 4 days it snowed, they never came once. I called and asked if the season had ended and they said someone should have come and cleared all the snow but unfortunately they hadn’t because on the last day of the snowfall I cleared it all myself. The lady on the phone said she would ask about a refund and give me a call back. That call never came. I paid over $500 for a few minutes of their service this winter and when the only real snow accumulation came, Ehlinger failed to do what they were paid to do. Would not recommend at this time.

We have a seasonal snow plowing contract with Ehlinger, we've had it for four or five years. Normally, they do a pretty good job but this year alone, I've had to call twice to get my driveway cleared. (and it's only the first week of January.) It's kind of disheartening to see two of my neighbors get theirs cleared way before ours gets done. This last snow event, I called around 10 am to let them know I had to be to work at 1:00. I ended up having to blast thru a 3 foot snowbank so I could get to work. Both neighbors had their driveways cleared hours before.
