One of your drivers, unit 1191, made an obscene gesture toward me,( showed a middle finger) even though I showed courtesy by switching to the left lane when he was entering the exit incorrectly. He then continued speeding in the far-left lane and tailgating other vehicles near Chicago O’Hare Airport on northbound I-294. His driving was extremely dangerous and posed a serious risk to others on the highway.

Terrible experience customer service team was disputing my complaint verbally. We had a shipment damaged and they claimed it was not their fault. Jeff the safety advisor was very combative. Even the sales department admitted it was there fault the driver didn’t follow the instructions on how to tie the load down. the first driver said to me now I know and won’t haul it like that again. second driver said I knew that was wrong but hauled it anyway now. Jeff said that they didn’t even tie it down only lying to save a claim. Very very frustrating extremely unhappy. I just wish people would own their mistakes and take care of them. Would not recommend anyone to use this carrier

Horrible driver. Tailgating a car so bad you would think the car was pulling this company's truck. Hauling a big square rock with chains so loose, they moved considerably. Yup that ain't gonna holding you stop o the brakes.
