We use Precise for our furnace, so went to them to replace our leaking tank water heater with a tankless. Michelle is always so helpful and kind when I call in, you can tell she truly tries to get you scheduled as soon as possible! Rick was able to come out and get a quote to me so quickly that they were able to do the install the very next morning! Gunner was able to do the whole work up to switch us to the tankless water heater in such a timely manner, and explained how the new system works so well that I felt confident with it after he left! I also liked that Kenny came out a week or so later to make sure everything is working as it should. They have all been so helpful and open with communication. Such a solid company to work with! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Another HVAC outfit recommended $1,000 in furnace repairs. Also found slightly high carbon monoxide readings and suggested it may time for replacement. An 11-year old furnace! Called Precise for a second opinion. They adjusted the gas valve to bring down the CO and said none of the repairs were needed. Precise showed up promptly at 8 am. The tech, Kyle was courteous and showed me everything. Will be using them going forward for our hvac needs

Precise did an excellent job replacing our furnace and air conditioner this spring. They were very communicative and helped walk us through all of our options. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. Big thanks to Kenny, Michele, Gunner, Lucas, and Cole.

January 2026 I am long overdue in writing this review, but this company absolutely deserves recognition. I called Precise to inspect my furnace because something just didn’t feel right. They sent Shaun over the very next morning. I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to get someone over to look at this for me. From the moment Shaun arrived, he took my concerns seriously and performed a thorough inspection. What he discovered was honestly shocking — the furnace had been installed completely incorrectly by a previous installer and was extremely dangerous. Precise contacted me immediately. They couldn’t believe a fire hadn’t started and had to shut the system off immediately for safety reasons. Not only was the installation done wrong, but improper materials and incorrect vent

I have used Precise for all of my heating and air conditioning needs for at least 20 years now. They absolutely live up to their name! Recently I purchased a new Furnace and Central Air Conditioner from them and what an outstanding experience Lyle, Shane and Gunnar all provided me with! Lyle first came over to provide a great consultation and got me a 3 year interest free financing package along with a very appreciated rebate! Lyle was very detailed in his explanation of the furnace I would need as well as answered all of my questions...my neighbor was even having an air conditioning unit installed by Precise and I was able to go over and look at that one before committing to my own purchase! I appreciated Lyle's care and pleasant manner and when installation day arrived I was further impr
