Called and talked to Steph as I needed some marine carpet glue. Unfortunately it was out of stock. She said it should be on an truck delivery later in the day and she'd call if it came in. It did, and she did. Exceptional customer service, and a pleasure to deal with. It was my first time dealing with this store and now I suspect I'll be back.

Great customer service. We were shopping for a Traeger grill and were surprised to find that not only did they have a good selection but Kyle and the team were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us choosing the right one. The assembly was perfect and the delivery came quite promptly. Kyle was additionally generous enough to pick up our old grill and drop it off at a family member's house for no charge. Would definitely recommend shopping here for grills and hardware.

I did buy a grill from Kyle is really knowledgeable friendly at the customer service. I feel very comfortable to buy a grill from him and he did deliver to my house as well. I really appreciate it for Service.

I am proud to say this is my local hardware store. They set a high standard for customer service and attention to detail. They have the friendliest staff in town. Kyle even thought to save a box for my girls that doubled as a playhouse. Highest recommendation I can give.
