We have had a few issues with our water softener over the past few months. They came out and tried to fix, but we ended up needing a new one. They helped problem solve why the issues kept happening and provided a couple options on best way to proceed and were super prompt and responsive. Zach was our service technician and was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, was very thorough and walked through how to work the new system and best practices moving forward. While not an expense we were hoping for, the customer service and expertise was top notch. Thank you!

We have been customers for over 30 years. We have always had positive experiences working with Traut. The workers are knowledgeable and have always fixed any problems that have come up. We have a well. Last week our water was quite discolored, a bluish or a blackish color. I called Kyle at Trout and within a couple hours, he had two service guys come and take care of our problem. They did a wonderful job. My wife and I highly recommend them.

Amazing company to deal with. Luke is phenomenal. Came in to have a capacitor tested, it failed, and he got me set up with exactly what I needed! Phenomenal service. No new well needed today thankfully, but should that happen down the line, I'll be sure to use Traut!

Zachary was AWESOME! He was professional and truly took the time to troubleshoot our well issues. When one issue was fixed, he continued to the next until all were resolved- from the pump losing water pressure to Richie issues… Will ask for him specifically in any future issues!

I called the emergency line last week at around 8pm because our water wasn't working. A tech was onsite at my house by 9:15pm, and by 10:15pm he had diagnosed and replaced everything they needed to get us back up and running. He had everything on his truck to replace/repair the equipment we needed and it could not have been a better scenario. Will highly recommend! Thank you Traut Companies!
