We stumbled upon Fire Works Fireplace after visiting two other fireplace stores. We had been left frustrated with unanswered questions and a feeling that neither really cared if we became their customer. On the first visit into the showroom at Fireworks Jenny seemed to know exactly what I needed to see, know and understand. I left knowing what I wanted and needed, with samples of stone to bring home, and an appointment within a few days for Harlan to come and assess our installation. Within a day of that visit we had a clearly understandable bid that included everything accompanied by a nice drawing of what our fireplace would look like. We found Harlan after a recommendation from a friend and are so glad we did. Service like this is a rarity anymore. We converted an existing wood-burning fireplace (from the 1970’s) into a gorgeous gas fireplace. It was not your typical job because the natural stone protruded in front of the opening in some spots. Harlan was able to design a plan and Heath and Tyler installed it perfectly. We could not be happier with our Mendota gas fireplace installed by Fire Works. Top notch service from start to finish! A+!

I had an excellent woodstove (Lopi Evergreen) installed last year. The guys who installed it were very nice, knowledgeable and very professional. I would have no problem whatsoever recommending these guys! From the start of putting down the tiled hearth pad to actually starting a fire in the woodstove, these guys were awesome!! Very happy with how everything turned out!!

Very kind and friendly sales staff. They listened to our needs and the details of our space and narrowed down their large selection to a few easy choices. The installation team was very courteous and very skilled. They paid attention to even the smallest details to make sure my new stove looked great and cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly. They took extra time to light the first fire and go over all of the features of my new combustor stove to make sure I knew exactly how to run it. Thank you so much for everything! I couldn't be happier with a warmer more efficient house!

Stopped by to set up yearly inspection and clean out of our gas insert fireplace. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great service.
