We had Design Tile & Flooring remodel our shower a few years ago and have been extremely disappointed with how the situation has been handled since. We had no issues with our shower before the remodel. Immediately after the work was completed, the shower began backing up. An installer returned and cleared the drain by ramming something down into it. Over time, that leak progressed into visible water damage which affected the ceiling below and making my grandkids’ bedroom unusable due to water dripping from above. When we reached out for help, we were told someone would come by to look at it. No one ever did. The only response were several back and forth emails from the company’s president, Don Benkowski, asking for pictures of the damage and shower, then blaming us that the problem alre

When our favorite tile guy disappeared, we aimed to find someone who could meet that level of perfectionism and detail. Pete & Tim did not disappoint! They were careful to plan out the tile layout in advance so that we were all on the same page with the finished product, and without hesitation they removed a few tiles that were a different batch/color. They will be our go-to for every project now, and we cannot recommend them enough!

Pete is very knowledgeable about tiling and flooring and the process of installation. I had a few questions about his installation methods, and he was very willing to answer them in a detailed way that made sense to me.
