We had a great experience with MCI. Dawn is a real pro and worked hard to get our business. She price matched on a LPV product that we were looking at from another vendor. We had very specific needs as we needed to closely match some existing flooring. We were also very impressed with the quality workmanship of the installer. An all around great job by everyone. We highly recommend working with MCI.

Our experience with MCI was VERY DISAPPOINTING. The lack of communication and customer service was terrible with Joshua. Left messages a few times with no response for a few days. Then when he did respond his excuse was "we are really busy". I'm sorry if you can't find time within a few days to call or email a customer that is terrible customer service. In working with customer service noone wants to hear you are busy, that's on you, you are to find ways to treat every customer equally. So with that finally paid invoice on Tuesday, March 18 which included the remnant, them cutting to fit room along with another cut out for sewer pipe and removing old remnant. Then he said Brad would give me call. Over a week went by nothing. Finally on Thursday March 26th he calls me and says what time do

I have been patient and kind but enough is enough. I have a ceiling fan purchased from MCI in Waite Park. I got this fan as a floor model. Unaware that it came with nothing to have this fan working in my home. The cost of the electricians taking a look at this fan is enough to make me pull my hair out. Dealing with MCI has been a horrible joke. I would NOT recommend. 15 phone conversations with an answering machine and a few with a person since September..... I still have a fan that doesn't work. Please save your time and go to a big box store where everything you need will be included!

We had a fabulous experience working with Shawn for commercial carpeting for our retail store. He was able to put a quote together quickly and get the carpet installed within a week. He was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had top notch service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely use MCI again in the future.

No help at all. They asked if we needed help. We said we were looking for fiberglass backed vinyl. She pointed us to an area and vanished and never came back so we took pictures of some items we liked and walked out without anyone saying a word to us.
