I was thrilled that someone in a furniture store knew something about design. Brooke S. was nothing short of amazing with her ideas and working with me to find the perfect match for our home! We went in to just look at sofas and ended up buying 2 swivel/rocker chairs by Smith Brothers with a custom fabric order and they are absolutely PERFECT for our space and they are oh so cozy and friends and family love them too! We will definitely be back! Customer service is TOP NOTCH!

We bought a Flexsteel recliner & matching reclining sofa at Callan's. Brook S. greeted us and showed us where to look for what we wanted. After answering our questions, we asked to look on our own so we could discuss what we were seeing. She showed us where she'd be when we might need her. When we were ready she answered our questions & gave additional information. She made our experience very nice. The pieces were delivered 3 days later by a gentleman who took great care in placing them right where I wanted them & making sure we were happy with everything. We could not have asked for a better experience &, should we need anything else, Callan's will be our place to go.

I bought a mattress, bed frame, pillow, and sheets from Callan on April 3rd. I was told everything would be delivered to the warehouse by May 8th. When everything is delivered I would be notified to schedule a delivery and setup date and time. It is now May 15th and still no peep so I finally called. When I called, nobody knew how to check the system to see if my bed was in their warehouse or how to schedule the delivery. They finally were able to see my bed was delivered to their warehouse and I was told I needed to schedule a delivery date. How could I have scheduled a delivery date when nobody has contacted me letting me know my bed has arrived? Obviously I need to schedule a delivery date, could somebody help me do that? Nope! Now I’m stuck in the dark waiting over two months for a bed

I have purchased at Callan Furniture for several years. They are my go to place for furniture. My sales person, Maggie, was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of my purchase and was very helpful in assisting me with my decisions. I highly recommend Callan Furniture, and Maggie, for your furniture needs.

I had such a great experience at Ashley Furniture in St. Cloud! Trevor and Jake helped me with my furniture purchase, and I truly can’t thank them enough. There was an issue with my account, and I was honestly stressed about it, but they were so patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. They took their time to figure everything out and made sure I was able to get exactly what I needed. They never made me feel rushed or like I was a problem instead, they went above and beyond to help. Customer service like that is rare, and I truly appreciate how sweet and professional they both were. If you’re shopping there, definitely ask for Trevor or Jake — you’ll be in great hands!
