I was extremely satisfied with my recent repair experience at Abra – St. Cloud. From the very beginning, everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and helpful. They made sure I understood what the repair process would look like and kept me updated along the way, which I really appreciated. It made the entire situation much less stressful knowing that my vehicle was being taken care of by people who were clearly knowledgeable and attentive. Abra has AMAZING customer service! When I brought my car in, I had to walk to my other car across the street (we dropped it off the night before) and it was raining that day I had to drop off my car. They drove me to my car so I wouldn’t have to walk in the rain! They are also very great at updating you on where your car is at during the process! Would recommend them to all my friends and family!

ABRA was recommended to me by St. Cloud Hyundai. They replaced the windshield on my Ioniq5, recalibrated the lane assist camera, and reattached the dashcam on 3-20-26. Everything’s perfect, I’m well satisfied, and the installer was pleasant and professional.

I had a fender bender accident. Took the truck to Abra for repairs. Abra coordinated with my insurance on the repairs and the car rental for me. Abra completed the work ahead of schedule. Truck looks great and they even had the inside details which was a great surprise. It was a very smooth an seamless process.

They told us they would take care of our car and once we dropped it off they took off pays to fix it and then found more damage(understandable) that damage totaled the car. Up until this point they were great. Once the car was totaled it seemed like they didn't think the car belonged to us anymore. And once we did the buyback from the insurance they refused to do the repairs. Then wanted us to pay to put the car back together. Once we did get it the check engine light is now on. When asked they said the car was in an accident it could be from that. But it was NOT on prior to going in to their shop.
