My son called me and said a construction vehicle pulled onto the road as he was going to work and through a rock. While he was at work I searched the internet to see who I could get to fix his windshield. Safelite popped up and I called the one closes to us I spoke to a wonderful young lady on the other end she was very polite and explained everything to me and asked how big the crack to depend which way to go. She told the times and I picked a date and time. When I got there the young man was very polite and explained everything and price right away to make sure I understood. He proceeded and told me it would be a hour. Told me there was water or coffee in the room where I waited. Everything was as he said and when it was done came and got me he explained what he did and what to expect.
The process was smooth from start to finish. The costumer service was smooth and the technician was very responsive to any questions I had. He kept me informed on the process and any issues. It was very good experience.
Technician Jamison was fantastic. Communicated ETA, explained the process and did a great job. Would highly recommend.
The technician Rodney, was great. He was very good at his job. He made the work look effortless and efficient. A real MVP.
Super fast and I didn’t need to do anything just called insurance and it was scheduled and done in less the a week. Awesome service.
