Absolutely phenomenal is putting it lightly when it comes to Andy of the HVAC Shop. Professional, kind, and reliably there for you; Andy was on call for whatever issues that arose and replaced our homes AC unit with attention to detail and care. He beat every other quoted price by a mile and provided incredible service that companies with an army of associates wish they could match. A whole new standard for local business', give Andy a call and I promise you won't regret it!!
7/13/22 EDIT. After Andy repaired my unit a couple years ago, old age hit my AC system and it sprung a nasty leak! Andy came out to check it over and added some more refrigerant. He did tell me it's best to start budgeting for a new unit as these leaks are typically beyond repair. About 2 weeks later, my unit was not blowing cold again. I decided it's time to pull the trigger on a new one. Andy went over all my options for replacement units and was able to save me nearly $2,000 by using a specific brand. He also deducted the prior service call of $400+ from my install bill!! Most shops would NEVER do this! Honesty is hard to find in the service industry. Highly highly recommend HVAC SHOP! Andy was able to properly diagnose and repair my furnace. Most places just send out a salesman to sell you an entire new furnace. Fair pricing and pleasant experience.
We’ve worked with Andy for a few years now and he’s always been so amazing, kind and helpful! He’s helped us with every problem very quickly, he’s very fair with prices and just overall a great guy! 11/10 recommend working with him :)
