The key doesn't work and I want my money back! Please advice...
I wasn’t sure how to use the machine but I have been to 3 places and couldn’t get the key correct . You guys nailed it , my key works Hallelujah

Simple and easy. Never knew this existed until I walked up and saw this was the new way of cutting new keys. Zero issues. Very easy to figure out.
