Con men hiding behind Fake Reviews. All the reviews mentioning names are friends or family. A neighboring shop that gets a ton of the people they run off told me this. 4 hours of labor cost me $483, a guy on YouTube had the problem fixed in under an hour. Long story as short as I can, I dropped my car off for my sunroof being jammed on a Tuesday before I left for vacation, I called them at 1pm on friday to remind them I need my car on Monday morning (They don't work weekends), he acted like it wasnt a problem. Monday when I go to pickup my car I am told it was missing screws and was a miracle it was working before. I am the only person that has owned this car for the last 13 years, I know exactly who did what repair, never has anyone had my headliner down or have I heard rattling from
Brent is a thorough, knowledgeable, and trustworthy mechanic. A part that he replaced in one of my vehicles failed after 18 months and 22,000 miles, and he refused to accept any money from me to repair it again (and it was not a minor repair). I honestly don’t think any other shop in town would stand behind their work like that.
I do not recommend Doll Automotive for any service or auto repair. We first brought our vehicle there for the engine light on; they replaced a sensor. And when we drove away the engine was smoking. Brought it right back and a coolant hose had broke coincidentally while it was on there lot. 6 weeks later engine light came back on for the same issue. Spoke with Dave on a Thursday and made an appointment for Monday told him I would be dropping it off Sunday. On Monday I did not hear from them in the morning so I called at noon and Dave answered and said “oh we have you on the schedule for Tuesday” I told him I would have never made the appointment for Tuesday as I didn’t have any way of dropping it off that day. But they couldn’t work on it on Monday cause the were busy. Then I call Tuesday a
