I go to school nearby and was having issues with my alternator. The staff was so helpful and were honest with me about what they fixed and were so kind in the process. Would definitely recommend!!

Took my vehicle here because it was "crunching" whenever I went over a bump. I'd gone to Firestone first after a family member's recommendation, and they'd told me I needed $600 of work—they wanted to replace a bearing, and a bunch of other work besides. Paul took a look at it, knocked some ice out and drove it around the block before telling me nothing was wrong with it. Charged me $35 and agreed to put it towards the cost of any work if he was wrong about it. He wasn't wrong about it, and he saved me over $500. Good, honest mechanics are hard to come by, so I'm glad Paul's in town.

I was impressed with the service. I had a weird noise and some issues with traction. Not knowing much about cars, I have to put a lot of trust into my mechanic. Julie communicated clearly with me what was wrong and what the cost would be. They fully evaluated the car to determine the cause and replaced it the same day. I’ll be recommending them to my friends!

Hello, if you want to feel confident that you will be getting quality service, from really great people, I definitely recommend Paul's Auto Service! I live over two hours away and my experience was with Greg and Julie at the shop. They helped with repairing my daughter's vehicle, as she goes to school nearby. The entire time, they were so nice to work with, they were great going through how the repair process would work, and they were reasonably priced. It can sometimes be tough getting comfortable with a mechanic when you do not yet know them. I recommend that you get to know them and hopefully you will enjoy the same, quality experience. Having started my first job at 14 working in a service station for two great mechanics 50 years ago, I have used many mechanics over the years. Paul’s Auto Service is as good as they get - honest, competent, thorough, fair and friendly. Especially good for people who are not mechanically experienced and need to trust their mechanic’s recommendations without fear of being taken advantage of. Easily 5 stars.
