I had my roof redone today by Legacy, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the first conversation to the final cleanup, everyone involved was respectful, professional, and efficient. it felt more like family was working on my house than a crew I’d just met. Tristen, the job supervisor, was fantastic. He and his crew communicated clearly, stayed on top of everything, and did great work without cutting corners. You could tell they took real pride in what they were doing. Huge thanks to Micah Keetley and Adam Lesteberg, who handled everything with my insurance company—despite the insurance side being a nightmare to communicate with, Micah and Adam kept things moving and made sure I was taken care of. Legacy was a fantastic company to work with for our storm damage roof redo project. They went to battle with the insurance company to get our roof covered for the damage we had. Cannot thank Matt, Micah, and anyone else that helped with this project. You guys were fantastic and would recommend you guys to anyone that asks. End results looks great! These guys did the best job in my roof. They came in got the job done and cleaned up better than it was when they got here. The house looks great. I couldn't be any happier with the service and quality of legacy restoration. Special note to Adam who was my contact person

I had a terrific experience with Legacy Restoration from the minute I first met with Adam Lesterberg until the completion of my roof replacement. Very friendly, helpful and professional. I appreciate that he walked me through every step of the process, met with my insurance adjuster and explained everything in detail. I will definitely do business with them again.

I love my new roof!! Legacy made it very easy throughout the process. Brad was very professional and helped me through the whole process. He took the time to sit down with me and go through my estimate and show me all the things that my insurance company was paying for. When the crew showed up the morning of the build, Tristen introduced himself as the job supervisor and stayed in contact with me until the roof was finished. He let me know that there were a few bad boards on my roof that would need replacing. This process went smoothly and I would highly recommend Legacy Restoration for any future projects.
