Lots of high quality equipment in stock. I ordered a broadcast spreader recently and they just believed me that some pieces were missing for the installation. They gave me the replacement parts I needed without making it an ordeal working with the manufacturer or trying to determine what the correct parts would be online. I will defininately come back for tools and equipment. They were also very helpful in the past with a hitch-based exterior storage platform.

I had a great experience at Northern Tool in Waite Park. They were running a great deal on a Milwaukee drill bit set, but unfortunately the Waite Park location was sold out. Preston went above and beyond by calling the Rogers location and arranging to have two sets shipped to Waite Park for me. Just three days later, they were waiting for me at the store—simple and seamless. When I stopped in to pick them up, Preston heard me asking about the set, came over to say hello, and wished me a Merry Christmas. He was incredibly helpful, had a very positive attitude, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

BUYER BEWARE Terrible customer service bought a generator followed all directions ran for 5 minutes then went to start it next morning and wouldn’t start took it to local shop and the coil was bad needed a generator for the holidays so had to go buy a new one and they told me I couldn’t get a refund or return it absolutely terrible STAY AWAY

Was looking for a condensate pump. Their website said they had 2 in stock. Went in asked an older woman, she didn’t know so asked some guy. He immediately, without checking said we don’t carry that. The nice lady asked him what it was and he said “I don’t know how to explain it but I know we don’t have it.” Ok..I left. Got in my car went back on the website in case I misread something. Nope. They had 2 in stock. I proceeded to take a chance. Ordered it for pickup online and lo and behold..got an email 15 minutes later that my order was ready. So either that employee was sexist, lazy, racist or incompetent. Either way he should have not been so confident they didn’t have a specific product when clearly they did. Older lady was nice. Gentleman that handed me the product curbside was nice. O
